yum.
Megan and I have many things in common, but 2 that truly hold a strong bond between us is cooking and the Central Coast. We met while attending California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. A sleepy little college town tucked away between the rural coastline of the Central Coast and the valley, which is covered in vineyards. Vino, anyone?
Megan and I love to cook; while we have our own unique style and special touches, we cook well together. I came across this cookbook recently and thought of her and how nice it would be to cook a few recipes out of this magnificent looking book. I'm adding it to my wish list.
Have a wonderful Sunday. I'm off to the Farmer's Market, feeling inspired by the cookbook. I'm planning to make tomato bisque with goat cheese toast and roasted chicken with fresh herbs. What will my veggie be... perhaps some asparagus? Mmm. I guess I will have to wait and see what looks like a winner at the market.
